The goldfish, Carassius auratus, was one of the earliest fish to be domesticated, and is still one of the most commonly kept aquarium fish and water garden fish. A relatively small member of the carp family, the goldfish is a domesticated version of a dark-gray/brown carp native to East Asia. It was first domesticated in China and introduced to Europe in the late 17th century. There are varieties types of goldfish, however in Chinese goldfish keeping, goldfish are classified into 4 main types, which are not commonly used in the west. Dragon eye - Goldfish with extended eyes, e.g. Black Moor, Bubble Eye, and telescope eye. Egg - goldfish without a dorsal fin. e.g. lionhead (note that a bubble eye without a dorsal fin belongs to this group). Wen - goldfish with dorsal fin and a fancy tail. e.g. veiltail ("wen" is also the name of the characteristic headgrowth on such strains as oranda and lionhead). Ce (may also be called "grass") - goldfish without anything fancy. This is the type that is usually used in Japanese carnivals, especially for "goldfish scoops". Jikin and wakin - goldfish with double tails, but with the body shapes of comets. Some of people believe the goldfish can make their life become wealthy and healthy. However, goldfish is still the famous and beautiful fish.

SILENT KILLER

How many of us know that submarine was a “Silent Killer’ in navy war? A submarine is a watercraft that can operate independently below water, as distinct from a submersible that has only limited underwater capability. The term submarine most commonly refers to large manned autonomous vessels, however historically or more casually, submarine can also refer to medium sized or smaller vessels. The word submarine was originally an adjective meaning "under the sea", and so consequently other uses such as "submarine engineering" or "submarine cable" may not actually refer to submarines at all. Submarine was shortened from the term "submarine boat". Submarines had great capabilities in war or in do its mission. It can launch a missile under the water. Most dangerous missile is nuclear missile and torpedo. Malaysia also had their own submarine although the used one. This can increase our national defenses and ensure the security of our nation. It was a good things if Malaysia could have many submarine.

My Dream since I was a young boy...

Since I was a young boy, I always dream to have my own sport car. Maybe I influenced by Batman’s story. Batman had a sporty, shiny black car. It was very cool to have it. For sure I couldn’t get the car like Batman’s car, but I still can have a sporty, shiny car. I interested in Lotus car. There were great collections of sports car with a high technology machine.For example is Elise model. Its engine had 189 Horsepower 1.8 Liter, Mid-Mounted 4-Cylinder with DOHC and VVTL-I (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Intelligence). While its maximum power is 189 hp @7800 rpm and maximum torque is 133 lb ft @6800 rpm. Besides, it also had a gorgeous design, a great exterior gadget, and the best suspension with a cool interior addition. I couldn’t imagine if I have this sporty car. It was very cool!!

The Secret Life of an Anaconda.

Last night, I read some article about the anaconda. It was interesting when you know something about animal’s life. Anacondas in the wild spend most of their time hanging out in rivers hunting for their food. They are solitary creatures that are somewhat shy and not many of them are easily seen. They are very well camouflaged in the swamps and bogs in which they thrive. There are some historical reports of early European explorers of the South American jungles seeing giant anacondas up to 100 feet long and some of the native peoples of the South American jungle have reported seeing anacondas up to 50 feet long. FRIED CHICKEN..

If you are alone in your house without any cooked food, are you had to eat maggi? or rice with sardine? You don’t have to suffer like that. Why not you make your own fried chicken?? Here I have some recipe to make fried chicken. Firstly, you need to have all the ingredients. 1 whole chicken cut into pieces, oil for frying, brine: 3 tbsp rock salt, 5 cups water, breading: 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 tbsp DRY instant chicken broth, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder.Then mix water and rock salt to make brine. After that, soak the chicken in it for about an hour in the fridge. While waiting the chicken, mix the breading ingredients. Sift to remove any lumps. Then, remove the chicken from the brine and rinse with water. Pat with some paper towel to remove extra moisture then dredge in coating mix. Deep fry in hot oil over medium high heat for about 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done. In this recipe I used some margarine and mixed it with the oil for richer taste. Take out of the oil when done and set aside. In the same pan, I remove the oil leaving just enough to use in making a run out of the remaining breading mixture. Add some water or chicken stock and whisk until it boils and become thick. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve while still hot! And eat it with rice

Energetic During Fasting Month..

In this fasting month, I always feel tired at the evening. Mostly, during evening class or lecture. So, during breaking fasting I have to take something that can give me energy and make me energetic. Hence, I chose ‘Red Bull’! Red Bull is much more than a soft drink. It is an energy drink. It was made for moments of increased physical and mental stress and improves endurance, alertness, concentration and reaction speed. In short: It vitalizes body and mind.
